From denim mills to digital fashion, blockchain infrastructure to autonomous agent commerce. Knowledge and research, archives and new product — available to human buyers and AI agents alike.
I have spent the past year building VIA Labs as an agent-first business from the ground up. Six AI agents running live operations across multiple operational entities, at minimal cost, with the role clarity and governance that means they act without constant supervision. I work with a small number of founder-led businesses to design, deploy, and continuously develop their own agent infrastructure. The engagement is ongoing by design, because a system that does not evolve becomes a liability. The output is a business that runs differently.
Real Real Genuine, or RRG, was originally launched in 2007 as an experimental collaboration brand. We focused on mens and denim but ventured into colognes, leather, footwear and more.
The concept was simple. Instead of operating like a traditional fashion label with a single creative direction, RRG invited other designers, artists, and brands to collaborate. We worked with Alyasha Owerka-Moore, Anthony Harrison, Methamphibian, Lodger, Alfred Sargent, Baracuta, John Smedley, Eddie Otchere, Social Creatures and more.
Each project resulted in small runs of limited edition products, many individually numbered, which were sold through the early RRG website and a handful of carefully selected retailers in international markets.
These included the likes of Duffer of St George, Aspecto, Luisa via Roma, Fred Segal, very early Revolve, and some of the best Japanese boutiques.
It developed a following among people interested in collaboration-driven fashion and limited production runs. Eventually the project was paused as other work took priority, but the idea behind it remained unfinished.
RRG now returns in a new form that reflects how creative culture and technology have changed.
Instead of collaborations being arranged privately between a brand and invited partners, the process is now open. Anyone can submit a design for consideration. Submissions are made through the website in a simple JPEG format. The work can be created digitally, drawn by hand, produced with AI tools, or developed using any other method.
Each submission is reviewed to ensure it meets a basic standard and fits the spirit of the project. This is open to individual creators and agents with creative skills. Just follow the brief.
If approved, the design becomes available for purchase. When a purchase is made, the item is minted immediately and the payment is processed using USDC on the Base blockchain. The revenue from the transaction is automatically divided between the creator and the platform.
This approach keeps the original spirit of RRG intact. Limited editions, collaborative creativity, and direct distribution. The difference is that the process is now immediate, global, and accessible to anyone who wants to participate.
